Chef Espiritu’s Bio

Residents,

I’d like to share that Chef Geronimo will be moving on from Blue Skies to pursue another opportunity.  We are thankful for the creativity and flavors he brought to our dining room; we know many of you enjoyed his cooking.  Beginning Monday, Chef Bree Dawson will join us to lead our dining program.  Bree is highly recommended by Morrison and will bring experience and energy.  She will be working closely with our team to ensure a smooth transition as we prepare for the start of our new partnership with Restaura on 1 November.
