Mission:    The ACC provides financial support to an average of 40 resident run activities. All of the ACC funds are from resident donations.  Some of the activities supported are; B&A Entertainment, Christmas Decorations, Library, Village Voices, Wood Shop, Mini Phone Book, Veterans Day Activities, Follies, Garden Club, New Years Eve Party, Music Library, July 4th BBQ, Pickle Ball, Village Voices, Entertainment Committee Events, Amateur Radio Club, RC Recognition Program, Etc.

Meetings: The Executive Council chair holds meetings as may be required.  The Annual December meeting approves the next year’s budget.

Members:  The Activities Coordinating Council (ACC) is an organization and all BSTW residents are automatically a member of the Council.   There are four members of the Executive Council of the ACC, elected annually at the membership meeting in December, manage the ACC daily activity. The 2024 ACC officers are: Pat Perry, Secretary; Ruth Ann Taylor, Treasurer; Jerre Griffin, Vice Chair; Tom Reedy, Chair.

Budget: The ACC budget for 2024 is $25,346.00.  Funds are received from resident donations.
