ACTIVITY NAME: B&A (Birthdays & Anniversaries) Dinner Celebrations
Organization: The B&A Dinner Celebrations occur each month with a sit-down, fixed menu dinner and professional entertainment. Menus are created by a B&A Dinner sub-committee and will include an alternate entrée choice. The entertainment is funded by the Activities Coordinating Council (ACC).

B&A Dinner Mission: Provide a monthly dinner event with entertainment for all residents to come together to celebrate birthdays and/or anniversaries.
When: The B&A Dinner is always held the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Dinner seating is at 6:00PM in the Lakeview. ** See note below.
Process: Reservations are required. Residents must sign up for each month’s event on Sign-Up Sheets located in CC3.
- Reservation Sign-Up Sheets are put out the day after each monthly B&A Dinner. Instructions are outlined on the cover sheet
- Sign-Up closes and the reservation sheets are removed from CC3 the Thursday before the B&A Dinner.
- If you want/need to cancel after 10:00AM the Monday before the dinner, you must call Dining Services.
- If a resident wishes to put together a table of 6, 7 or 8, please call Bonnie Gardner or Donna Bowman (Reservation co-chairs). All others, with reservations, will be place at a table with other residents.
Cost: Cost for the dinner is applied to the resident’s meal plan account.
** Each B&A Dinner Celebration is preceded by a 1-hour B&A Social Hour, hosted by a very generous group of residents each month. It is planned, organized and funded totally independent of the B&A Dinner Celebrations. Explanation under “ACTIVITY – B&A Social Hour”
